Beautiful villa Monaco, located in the heart of Istria on a plot of 15000 m2 and immersed in unspoiled nature, surrounded by an olive grove offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
It can accommodate up to 10 people. There are 4 bedrooms with associated terraces, 5 bathrooms, sauna, fitness, jacuzzi, living room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

The outdoor area includes a large garden, private pool, outdoor shower and jacuzzi, barbecue with outdoor dining area. This is a place where you can sunbathe, chat with your friends and family with a refreshing bath in the pool or prepare a delicious barbecue meal and drink a glass of good Istrian Malvasia. Alongside the house is a small park with a pond, farm animals, chickens, ducks, horses and peacocks, a playground for children and a volleyball court and a barbecue where you can relax in the extra outdoor dining, enjoying the beautiful Istrian nature and relaxing all the senses.
